Management and leadership of human resources and equipment (managerial positions, 20 years of experience in the Polish Army), including foreign missions.

Indirect experience:
Doctoral degree in technical sciences (doctoral thesis on the method of determining the trajectory of an autonomous unmanned platform). Research in the field of: navigation of autonomous platforms, photogrammetry and remote sensing. Assistant professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

Technical experience:
Experience in the construction and operation of advanced military equipment. Expert in communication systems and management (15 years of experience). Management of IT systems. Navigator engineer.

Experience in the UAV industry:
Exploitation of remotely operated underwater combat vehicles (ROV) – combat experience. Drones constructor in Drogeon and Marine Technology. Head of the validation and testing phase of the Research and Development (R&D) project Hydrodron, a floating platform dedicated to hydrographic measurements in limited areas (PLN 2,613,780.00 co-financing from the National Centre for Research and Development). Technical consultant in R&D projects: 3-SAT IKAR stratospheric measurement drone, Pelixar LMA air pollution monitoring system. Own scientific project: Drogeon AI GEO – navigation and flight control through artificial intelligence in an environment without satellite navigation.

Aviation licenses and certifications:
UAVO VLOS/BVLOS certificate in the MR and A categories, type TOM >25kg, licensed competitor in F3F category (slope gliders).

Other:
Academic lecturer and scientist. Over 14 peer-reviewed scientific publications in the field of BSP photogrammetry and drones navigation. Author of chapters in international monographs on drones, since 2018 the highest and prestigious status of a member (senior member) in the IEEE organization (the largest professional organization of a global nature, establishing, among others, IEEE standards such as WiFi or Bluetooth) in the sections: IEEE Computer Society, IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, IEEE Robotics and Automation Society. Participation and scientific presentations at international conferences: SGEM 2016/2017/2018 (The International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConferences SGEM), BGC 2017/2018 (Baltic Geodetic Congres), COO 2018 (Coastal Offshore and Ocean Engineering Conference), and IRMAST 2015 conference on space technologies (International Conference on Innovative Research and Maritime Applications of Space Technology).
